PowerStart for Proposal Automation

Fully implement Qvidian Proposal Automation with PowerStart, a comprehensive and customized approach to onboard your team. PowerStart is ideal when you want to learn the system’s complete functionality. Led by a Qvidian project manager, PowerStart ensures that every step—from initial design to final launch—is well planned and fully executed.

PowerStart begins with a 1-2 day on-site Structure & Strategy session to identify your needs and configure an appropriate database structure. Afterwards, the Qvidian project manager conducts a series of WebEx sessions with your team to provide training and guidance until you are self-sufficient and in full control of your Proposal Automation implementation.

PowerStart includes project planning and management, consulting customized for your needs, regular contact with the project manager, and post-rollout assessments at 30, 90, and 180 days.

QuickStart for Proposal Automation

QuickStart is an accelerated, 2- or 3-day implementation and training session conducted at your location. During the workshop, a Qvidian project manager guides you through the setup and usage of one or two Proposal Automation modules (i.e. proposals, RFPs, or presentations). You design your database structure, populate the system with initial content, and learn how to use Proposal Automation to efficiently generate your selling documents.

At the end of the workshop, you will have an initial database configured to your unique business needs. You will also receive the administrative training necessary to finalize the database preparation and launch your Proposal Automation system within 4-8 weeks.

Online Implementations

Online Fundamentals for RFPs

Online Fundamentals teaches the basic skills your team needs to prepare your RFP database and increase the efficiency of answering bid requests.

Led by a Qvidian training specialist, this course includes four WebEx meetings over a 4-6 week period structured around your implementation goals and scheduling needs. Between each WebEx session, your team conducts hands-on tasks and exercises to get your Proposal Automation software up-and-running.

Online QuickStart for Proposal Automation

Qvidian offers online QuickStart workshops for each core function of Proposal Automation (i.e. proposals, RFPs, and presentations). These online courses teach basic and advanced skills your team needs to master Qvidian Proposal Automation and increase the efficiency of generating important selling materials.

Online QuickStart typically includes seven WebEx meetings over a 6-8 week period, structured around your implementation goals; however our training specialists are flexible and can accommodate alternative schedules to suit your needs. Throughout the course, your team conducts hands-on tasks and exercises to get your Proposal Automation software up-and-running.
