Lewis Miller (Lewie) is a 30-year veteran of the software industry. As President of Qvidian, he is responsible for the combined company's overall development and growth. Prior to Qvidian, Lewie was Chief Executive Officer of Synergistics, Inc. from 1996 to 2001 where revenues grew from $800,000 to $8 million. During that time, he developed segment-leading CRM and Knowledge Management software products.
Prior to Synergistics, Lewie held the President/CEO position at The Future Now, Inc. where he grew revenues from $3 million to $800 million and actively participated in the company's IPO. He has also held sales and sales management positions with IBM. Lewie's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Economics and a B.S. in Finance, both received from Bowling Green State University.
D. Tyler Drolet
Chief Financial Officer
Tyler is responsible for all financial and administrative operations of the company. Tyler brings to Qvidian more than 25 years of experience driving finance, operations and strategy for high growth technology companies. Prior to joining Qvidian, Tyler held CFO and senior financial positions with Active Endpoints (acquired by Informatica), BlueShift Technologies (acquired by Brooks Automation) and Groove Networks (acquired by Microsoft) and earlier experience with Internet and instrument companies. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company. Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bucknell University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Marketing Officer
Christopher is responsible for all global marketing, business development, and go-to-market strategies at Qvidian. As an accomplished global marketing executive with deep domain expertise in the technology sector, Christopher brings a proven track record with high growth companies. Most recently he was with SumTotal Systems (acquired by Vista Equity) where he led integration and transformation across four successful M&A transactions, while delivering dynamic marketing initiatives resulting in significant pipeline growth. Christopher was Chief Marketing Officer at Softscape, where he grew the company to be a category leader and successfully exited with the sale of the company to SumTotal Systems. Prior to that Christopher was the EVP Global Marketing at WBT Systems in Dublin, Ireland (acquired by AVNET Group), and he was the founder of several other venture-backed software companies leading innovative marketing execution and product strategies.
Vice President, Sales
Matt is responsible for new business sales in our major global markets, managing Qvidian’s direct Enterprise and Corporate sales teams. Matt has over 20 years of sales leadership experience in the software industry with a focus on rapidly growing companies that provide innovative and disruptive enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies. Matt participated in two successful acquisitions in the last 3 years: as VP of Sales at Softscape which was acquired by SumTotal, and as VP of Sales at Jobs2Web which was acquired by Successfactors. Matt has also worked in 3 countries in Europe and started up and managed European sales offices for two US Software companies over the course of 6 years. Matt opened Primavera Systems’ sales office in France in 1992, and Inso Corporation’s European HQ in the UK in 1995, eventually expanding that to 3 additional countries during a 3 year period. Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Villanova University and his MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Vice President, Strategic Alliances
David is responsible for managing the recruitment and growth of Qvidian’s strategic partners. Having entered the IT industry in 1979, David brings 25 years of international sales management experience to Qvidian gained in the enterprise software solutions space, and has worked and lived in the UK, US and Australia. For the past 13 years David has specialized in the field of sales effectiveness in areas such as compensation management and proposal automation. Prior to moving into the software sales arena in 1987, David was a technical consultant developing and implementing mainframe-based systems.
Vice President, Consulting Services
Jeff is responsible for the consulting, training and technical services teams at Qvidian. In this role his team builds services and programs to ensure our customers are realizing the full potential of the Qvidian solutions. Jeff brings over 25 years of experience driving successful consulting services and business development organizations. Prior to joining Qvidian, Jeff held leadership roles at BA Insight, Empirix, Frictionless Commerce and Progress software. Jeff has a degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
William A. Geers
Vice President, Customer Success
William Geers (Bill) has over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. He started his career with IBM in 1975. In 1982 he started his own information technology company, which offered a variety of services including custom application development. After selling this company, Bill joined Cincom Systems Inc., one of the world s largest privately held international software companies, and became the General Manager of Trans-Atlantic Sales for the Advanced Technology Group. Most recently, Bill was the Chief Operating Officer of Streamline Health. Throughout Bill’s career he has focused on enhancing operating results through a passionate focus on customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Bill has a degree in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
Vice President, Products
Karen sets the product vision and leads the product management team at Qvidian. She is responsible for conceptualizing unique product ideas and delivering product roadmaps that provide significant value to sales and marketing organizations. Karen is a certified Scrum Product Owner and has held several, cross-functional leadership roles in multiple software organizations. Her passion is in distilling complex business issues and delivering solutions in highly energetic, creative and collaborative ways. Karen holds a B.S. in Electronic Media, Arts & Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
