Lewis Miller

President

Lewis Miller (Lewie) is a 30-year veteran of the software industry. As President of Qvidian, he is responsible for the combined company's overall development and growth. Prior to Qvidian, Lewie was Chief Executive Officer of Synergistics, Inc. from 1996 to 2001 where revenues grew from $800,000 to $8 million. During that time, he developed segment-leading CRM and Knowledge Management software products.

Prior to Synergistics, Lewie held the President/CEO position at The Future Now, Inc. where he grew revenues from $3 million to $800 million and actively participated in the company's IPO. He has also held sales and sales management positions with IBM. Lewie's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Economics and a B.S. in Finance, both received from Bowling Green State University.

 
David Blume

Vice President, Sales

David is responsible for new business sales in our major global markets, managing Qvidian’s direct sales force and strategic channel partners. Having entered the IT industry in 1979, David brings over 20 years of international sales management experience to Qvidian gained in the enterprise software solutions space, and has worked in the UK, US and Australia. For the past 10 years David has specialized in the field of sales effectiveness in areas such as compensation management and proposal automation. Prior to moving into the software sales arena in 1987, David was a technical consultant developing and implementing mainframe-based systems.

 
Karen Meyer

Vice President, Product Management

Karen sets the product vision and leads the product management team at Qvidian. She is responsible for conceptualizing unique product ideas and delivering product roadmaps that provide significant value to sales and marketing organizations. Karen is a certified Scrum Product Owner and has held several, cross-functional leadership roles in multiple software organizations. Her passion is in distilling complex business issues and delivering solutions in highly energetic, creative and collaborative ways. Karen holds a B.S. in Electronic Media, Arts & Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

 
William A. Geers

Vice President, Customer Success

William Geers (Bill) has over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. He started his career with IBM in 1975. In 1982 he started his own information technology company, which offered a variety of services including custom application development. After selling this company, Bill joined Cincom Systems Inc., one of the world s largest privately held international software companies, and became the General Manager of Trans-Atlantic Sales for the Advanced Technology Group. Most recently, Bill was the Chief Operating Officer of Streamline Health. Throughout Bill’s career he has focused on enhancing operating results through a passionate focus on customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Bill has a degree in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

 
Brian Vass

Vice President, Marketing

Brian leads the marketing and business development teams at Qvidian. He is responsible for driving demand and awareness for Qvidian’s product and services. In addition, Brian’s team is responsible for Qvidian’s annual customer conferences in the US and UK. He is involved in Cincinnati’s volunteer community as a committee chair for the Western & Southern Open professional tennis tournament and is active in the Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association. Brian holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Miami University (Ohio).

 
Andrew Wharton

Vice President, Engineering

Andrew sets the technology vision for Qvidian and leads the engineering team. His team is responsible for developing applications that sales professionals love to use. Andrew brings over 20 years of software development experience to his role as Vice President of Engineering. Most recently, he led a development team for Nokia’s core cloud computing initiative. Prior to Nokia, he held technology leadership roles at Microsoft, Lotus, Groove Networks, and others. Andrew has degrees from the University of North Carolina and the University of Massachusetts.
