Lewis Miller (Lewie) is a 30-year veteran of the software industry. As President of Qvidian, he is responsible for the combined company's overall development and growth. Prior to Qvidian, Lewie was Chief Executive Officer of Synergistics, Inc. from 1996 to 2001 where revenues grew from $800,000 to $8 million. During that time, he developed segment-leading CRM and Knowledge Management software products.
Prior to Synergistics, Lewie held the President/CEO position at The Future Now, Inc. where he grew revenues from $3 million to $800 million and actively participated in the company's IPO. He has also held sales and sales management positions with IBM. Lewie's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Economics and a B.S. in Finance, both received from Bowling Green State University.

Bill is SVP of Sales for Marketo, one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in history. He is a key architect of the company’s rapid sales growth. Prior to joining Marketo, Bill was VP and general manager at AVOLENT, where he managed the team focused on the distribution market, small and medium businesses, and install base customers. Prior to AVOLENT, he held leadership positions at Oracle, PeopleSoft, and BEA Systems, where he built and managed sales and channel organizations ranging from mid-market business customers to strategic accounts. In 2011, Bill received a Stevie® Award in the Worldwide VP of Sales of the Year category at the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Arizona State University.

Mr. D'Amore has been a General Partner of North Bridge Venture Partners since its inception. From 1982 until starting North Bridge, Mr. D'Amore was in the venture business. Prior to 1982, Mr. D'Amore worked as a consultant at Bain and Company and as a certified public accountant with Arthur Young and Company. His venture investing is targeted at the software industry and his investments have been split between early-stage projects and special situations. Virtually all have been active projects, including structuring initial transactions and assuming a board seat. Mr. D'Amore is a graduate of Northeastern University (summa cum laude), 1975, and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration (Baker Scholar), 1980.

Mr. Ellertson served as the CEO of Gomez Inc. from 2005 to 2010. He led the company through an IPO registration process that eventually resulted in the successful sale of Gomez to Compuware Corporation in October of 2009. Prior to Gomez, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE), a software provider to the financial services marketplace from 2000 to 2005. From 1997 to 2000, he orchestrated the highly successful turnaround of Interleaf Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAF), a provider of software tools for e-content management. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Interleaf Inc. saw its public market capitalization increase over 7,000%, culminating in its acquisition by Broadvision Inc. in April 2000. Mr. Ellertson served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Strategic Operations of BroadVision Inc. during the merger integration period in 2000.Previous to Interleaf, Mr. Ellertson founded several high growth software companies, including; Document Automation Corporation (1982-1987), Openware Technologies (1990-1995) and Purview Technologies Inc. (1996-1997).Mr. Ellertson currently serves CEO & Chairman of Everbridge, the leading provider of incident notification systems.

Mr. Horwitz joined Kodiak Venture Partners in 2008 as an Operating Partner with over 20 years of operating experience in a wide range of high technology companies. Over the past eight years, Mr. Horwitz has served in numerous executive consulting and portfolio leadership roles for technology companies at various stages of development and growth. Most recently, Mr. Horwitz served as CEO of Vettro (acquired by Antenna Software), and Chairman of the Board at Vericom Technologies steering the organization in a new strategic direction. He also served as President and CEO of several enterprise software companies including Clareos, RulesPower (Acquired by Fair Isaac) and Q-Link Technologies a pioneer in the Business Process Management market segment (Acquired by Adobe Systems). Prior to Q-Link, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Tech Data Corporation and was part of the founding team at ENTEX Information Services. Mr. Horwitz earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at Hofstra University.

Chris formed HillStreet Capital in 1997. HillStreet Capital serves as the investment advisor for The HillStreet Funds, four private investment partnerships based in Cincinnati. The HillStreet Funds focus on providing junior capital to middle market companies on a nationwide basis. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from Columbia’s Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Perreault has 16 years of venture capital and operating experience in information technology industries, with particular interest in and experience with enterprise software and communications infrastructure companies. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Mr. Perreault was CEO of Object Design, a publicly held software company. Earlier, he was a vice president at Harvard Management Company, responsible for information technology venture investments, and a consultant with McKinsey & Co., Inc. Mr. Perreault received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
